The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years of experience in Australian mortgage or banking, or Philippine banking, finance, or BPO finance accounts
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document organization
  • Ability to make phone calls to follow up on outstanding documents and lender queries
  • Proficiency in using online systems, portals, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, dependable work ethic, and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles

Your Daily Tasks

  • Enter data for new clients and update existing client records
  • Index and organize supporting documents and identify gaps
  • Request pricing discounts from lenders and order valuations, organize property reports
  • Call lenders to obtain updates on application progress
  • Prepare post-settlement records for customers, including detailed loan breakdowns
  • Prepare Quickli entries and client loan sheets for broker analysis
  • Prepare lender application notes based on templates and SOPs
  • Prepare and manage discharge processes for settlements
  • Request and follow up on outstanding documents from clients
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate file progression
