Job Summary
The ATM Channel Development Officer is responsible for supporting the development, performance, and administration of the ATM channel, including BPI and third-party switches, to enhance customer experience, promote brand awareness, and ensure efficient, secure, and compliant channel operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze ATM channel performance, usage, efficiency, and expenses to support revenue initiatives and cost management objectives
- Support channel development initiatives by identifying customer needs, recommending enhancements to ATM functionalities, and improving customer experience and brand visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams, switch partners, and vendors to manage ATM- and switch-related projects, incidents, maintenance activities, and service level commitments
- Oversee channel-related activities such as system administration, user acceptance testing, complaint resolution, risk assessment, and documentation to ensure operational readiness and compliance
- Assist in managing budgets, partnerships, and ongoing initiatives related to ATM network expansion, system enhancements, and outsourced managed ATMs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in ATM channel operations, electronic banking channels, project management, or product/channel development
- Basic knowledge of ATM systems, switch operations, and electronic banking channels
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
