The Support Associate is responsible for processing leases of branches based on submitted terms and documents to ensure these are prepared and presented accurately for management approval. Assists BNA Officer in coordinating with various units concerned on branch openings, relocations, and renewals.
Other Responsibilities
- Prepares lease documentation with consultation and clearance from Legal based on the standards of the Bank before a lease contract is executed.
- Safekeeps lease contracts of branches and maintains a monitoring system to ensure timely renewal.
- Processes lease proposals on branch relocations, expansions, new licenses, lease renewals and extension by coordinating with Branch Managers on the completion of documentation requirements and accomplishing the template for the terms and conditions used to secure management approval. This also includes close monitoring on progress of construction and engaging with various units concerned to ensure its timely completion and for branch to open on projected schedule.
- Prepares requests on relocations, new licenses, expansions, lease renewals, and extensions to ensure correctness of details and that the lease terms and conditions are aligned with the Bank's standards and requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or any related field
- Strong background in writing and project management,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Canva and presentation design tool (e.g. PowerPoint.
- Able to work and analyze large data
- Organized and with attention to detail.
- Able to present data / reports to Management
- Project Management skill
- Willing to be assigned within Makati
