About The Role
The Designer is a Philippines-based shared resource supporting the global marketing function across New Zealand, Australia and North America. This role sits within the Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) and is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand creative assets that support regional campaigns, digital channels, events, sales enablement and content programmes.
Working from briefs provided by regional marketing teams and the CoE brand lead, this role operates as a core production resource for the global marketing team – ensuring brand is consistently and professionally expressed across all formats and markets.
Job Responsibilities
Design & Asset Production
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets including digital ads, social media graphics, email headers, landing page visuals, presentations, event materials, brochures and sales collateral.
- Execute creative briefs from regional marketing teams accurately and to a high standard, meeting agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Resize and adapt existing assets for use across different formats, channels and regions while maintaining brand integrity.
- Prepare print-ready files and digital assets optimised for relevant platforms and specifications.
- Manage version control and asset organisation within the global creative library, ensuring files are current, correctly named and accessible.
Brand Consistency
- Apply brand guidelines accurately across all creative output, maintaining consistency in typography, colour, imagery and tone across all three regions.
- Flag any brief or asset that would compromise brand standards and propose compliant alternatives.
- Support the global brand custodian (Head of Marketing NZ) in maintaining and updating brand asset libraries and templates.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work within the global project management system, picking up briefs, updating status and delivering assets according to agreed workflows.
- Employ AI tools to streamline and optimise speed and quality outputs.
- Collaborate with regional marketing managers, content writers and digital specialists to deliver integrated campaign assets on time.
- Communicate proactively on capacity, timelines and any issues that may affect delivery.

What You'll Bring

- Organised and methodical in managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Collaborative and responsive, with a proactive communication style
- Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly based on stakeholder input
- A strong curiosity to explore and adopt AI tools to drive efficiency and higher performance.
Skills & Required Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a graphic design or visual marketing role, preferably in a B2B or technology environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva Pro
- Experience designing across digital and print formats including social media, digital advertising, email, presentations and event collateral
- Strong working knowledge of design principles including typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy
- Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across varied asset types
- Familiarity with file preparation for digital and print production
- Experience using project management or creative workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
- Motion graphics or video editing skills advantageous but not essential
- Experience in applying AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technology is highly regarded
