Job Description:
The FBS Special Projects for FBS Business Development will drive end-to-end execution of key initiatives to accelerate seller onboarding, assortment growth, and operational excellence within the Fulfilled by Shopee ecosystem. This role requires strong problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making to scale FBS adoption.
Job Description:
Project Management & Execution
- Plan and execute FBS business development projects (e.g., acquisition campaigns, onboarding improvements, conversion optimization)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, product, commercial, and support teams) to ensure project milestones are delivered on time
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies and provide regular updates to leadership
- Develop SOPs and workflows to improve team efficiency and scalability
Performance Analysis & Insights
- Analyze funnel performance across sourcing, onboarding, activation stages
- Identify bottlenecks affecting seller onboarding, inbounding, and activation
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and recommend actionable solutions
- Conduct post-mortem analysis and propose process improvements
Process Optimization
- Design scalable processes to improve acquisition productivity and conversion rates
- Standardize seller onboarding requirements and documentation
- Implement tracking mechanisms for seller readiness and operational compliance
- Support automation initiatives and tool improvements
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as liaison between Business Development, Operations, and Product teams
- Align stakeholders on timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Drive resolution of operational blockers impacting seller activation
Seller Program Support
- Assist in pilot programs and strategic seller initiatives
- Support rollout of new policies, incentives, and operational programs
- Gather feedback from internal teams and sellers to improve program design
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Candidates from analytical or quantitative backgrounds are preferred
- 3-5 years of working experience in project management, operations, consulting, or business development (e-commerce experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets SQL or dashboard tools is a plus
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and execution focused
