This role will be based out of Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formely Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel-Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Job Summary

The Associate Support Specialist manages the delivery of services to global clients to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded. This role provides day‑to‑day client advice and support for Investor Relations (IR) and Public Relations (PR) needs, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. The position involves handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day client support and guidance while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client requests during high‑volume periods
  • Assist in resolving basic production or client support issues and escalate more complex cases to senior team members
  • Support business owners and stakeholders in defining business and system requirements under general direction
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to operational and internal teams
  • Perform administrative tasks including account and user maintenance
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met through effective case handling and follow‑through
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Work occasional overtime during peak periods as business needs require

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a client‑facing or customer support role
  • Experience supporting complex products or services is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong multitasking and time‑management skills in a busy, service‑driven environment
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and use sound judgment to resolve standard issues
  • Comfortable learning and using various technology tools and internal platforms
  • Salesforce or Intercom experience is a nice to have, but not required
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team

Work Schedule & Setup

  • Fixed shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM US Eastern Time
  • During the training period (approximately 3 months), the new hire may be required to temporarily adjust their schedule to align with the lead trainer's hours
  • Hybrid work setup based in Makati
