Who Thrives Here:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- With 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience
- Must have good English and Mandarin or Cantonese communication skills
- Basic understanding of medicines, product packaging, device components, or storage requirements
- Ability to identify and understand product defects, device issues, or quality concerns
- Strong communication skills for guiding callers in describing product‑related problems
- Good attention to detail when documenting product information
- Familiarity with pharma, consumer health, or quality handling environments is an advantage
- Contact center or customer‑facing experience is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules and adapt to process or regulatory updates
- During training, the role requires full‑time onsite reporting
- Once deployed to production, the role transitions to a hybrid work arrangement, subject to performance and operational requirements
- Hybrid eligibility may be adjusted based on quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance metrics
