Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle financial accounts and provide excellent customer support.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd-year undergraduate in college
  • Minimum of 6 months CSR experience (preferably in financial/banking accounts)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of financial services and customer handling
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting schedules

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts (billing, payments, transactions, balances, etc.)
  • Assist customers with account issues, disputes, and basic troubleshooting
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive financial information
  • Provide clear and professional communication at all times
  • Document customer interactions properly

Preferred Skills:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic computer and system navigation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
