We are seeking a driven and resourceful Associate Lawyer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle cases and matters assigned by the lead lawyer or partners, taking ownership of assignments from intake to resolution;
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, motions, legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents required in assigned cases;
• Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, jurisprudence, and regulatory issuances relevant to ongoing matters;
• Represent clients in court hearings, administrative proceedings, mediation, and conferences;
• Provide sound legal advice and case strategy recommendations in coordination with the handling partner;
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and deliverables independently and with minimal supervision;
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability at all times.

Qualifications:

• Holder of a Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree;
• Member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (underbar applicants may be considered under a separate compensation scheme);
• Fresh passers and lawyers with prior practice experience are both welcome to apply;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino;
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities;
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset — able to identify issues, propose solutions, and move matters forward without constant supervision;
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple files simultaneously, and committed to meeting deadlines;
• Team player with strong professional ethics and sound judgment.
