Integrated Algorithms is further expanding its team as we endeavour to progress with the development of our automated trading complex.

Associate Director, Algorithmic Trading - Philippines

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Associate Director of the Philippines and Asian region will be responsible for the build, deployment and day to day operations of a developing business unit within the Asian region.

This role will involve managing a team in the Philippines trading hub, being the direct report to all traders within the hub and taking ownership of business unit performance. The position will also involve the implementation of a new algorithm using the advanced trading infrastructure of Integrated Algorithms. The role will involve the development of a performance framework for traders in the hub and to provide financial guidance for our operations in Asia.

This will provide a unique opportunity to grow as a professional within financial markets and to learn more about other business units within the organization.

The required skills for the role include:

Master's degree/PHD in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.

At least 8 years of expert and demonstrated technical expertise in Python.

Expert knowledge of profitable, dynamic and back tested trading strategies.

Proficiency with a variety of trading platforms.

Significant and proven understanding of global FX and Equity markets.

Strong familiarity with how financial markets function and contemporary financial theory.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

The ability to be agile and capitalize on new opportunities that will arise from the evolving market environment.

Leadership skills and at least 5 years of proven history in managing an effective team.
