Position: Associate Business Consultant
Salary: Up to 120,000 (Gross Package)
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid | 4 Days Onsite
Schedule: Day Shift (Must be flexible with different time zones)
Job Summary
The Associate Business Consultant is responsible for supporting business improvement initiatives and managing projects that contribute to the companys operational and financial performance. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that deliverables align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience within the BPO industry and can effectively manage projects that have a measurable financial impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support end-to-end project implementation from planning to execution and completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
Ensure that projects deliver measurable business value and financial impact to the organization.
Assist in developing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 35 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the BPO industry.
Proven experience handling projects with financial impact on the company.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is an advantage.
