The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in product focused marketing within CPG DTC or physical product environments
  • Experience must be brand side or in house not purely agency based
  • Proven experience managing marketing initiatives from ideation through to full market launch
  • Strong background in tangible product marketing not service or digital only campaigns
  • Strong understanding of go to market execution across digital and traditional channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including data analysis and presentation development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within healthcare wellness or related industries is highly preferred

Your Daily Tasks

Brand Activation and Messaging

  • Execute go-to-market plans across digital (DTC and e-commerce) and traditional channels to drive sales and ensure consistent brand tone and positioning
  • Develop and maintain cohesive messaging across all touchpoints for existing and new products

Brand Campaigns and Partnerships

  • Manage brand campaigns and promotions from planning to execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure performance and optimize outcomes
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners to support customer acquisition

Product Launches and Innovation

  • Lead brand initiatives for selected product innovations from concept to launch
  • Conduct deep-dive competitive research and landscape assessments to inform product development
  • Develop strategic briefs and execute channel-specific launch plans for new products, upgrades, and extensions

Market Research and Performance Tracking

  • Analyze brand, product, and market data to optimize strategies and performance
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer sentiment through social listening
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and brand positioning

Customer Engagement and Commercial Support

  • Develop customer-facing materials including communications and sales decks
  • Support Sales teams with relevant content and messaging aligned to commercial goals

Budget and KPI Management

  • Manage assigned brand marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Deliver campaigns and product launches on time and within budget
  • Meet key deliverables including timely analyses, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination

Other Duties and Working Conditions

  • Maintain organized workflows and marketing assets while supporting additional brand initiatives as required
  • Work in an office-based environment with the ability to sit for extended periods
