Highly motivated data analyst with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives. Someone who leverages data to provide actionable insights, enhance operational efficiency, and support system development projects. Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance metrics.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

  • Support system development and automation projects, particularly in Power BI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engg or related field.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
