Position Overview

Job Description

Client Analytics Manila is mainly responsible for the Corporate and Investment Bank's client database - GCIX (Global Client Information Exchange). GCIX provides a comprehensive and consistent revenue performance and profitability reporting on individual client, group and portfolio levels. This is done by collating client and product related data as well as revenue and balance sheet information from numerous underlying Finance, Ops and Business systems. A Client Analytics Resource manages data uploads in GCIX, including investigations/resolutions for input or data issues. The team is also responsible for the frontend tool of GCIX, Client Value Metrics (CVM). As the team manages the database, the role also entails working on process and system improvements that require engagement with feed providers within Finance, Business, Ops, Risk and IT as well as our various project teams globally.

Your key responsibilities

• Perform input uploads including pre-loading checks and validations
• Perform investigations/analysis and ensure issue resolution on input and system issues
• Provide support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system changes
• Manage, maintain and ensure up-to-date process documentations
• Partner effectively with onshore stakeholders and other teams

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience in Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science or Information Management
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• Preferably with SQL experience
• Strong competencies in investigation, analytics and problem resolution
• Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently engage with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player and interpersonal skills
