Assistant Security Manager

The hotel features 529 rooms, three dining outlets, and a function hall that can accommodate 300 people. This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Security Manager located in Parañaque. The Assistant Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing physical security measures, coordinating information security protocols, and ensuring cybersecurity and network security. The role includes developing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to staff on security measures.

• Experience in Physical Security and Security Management
• Knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CPP, CISSP, CISM are a plus
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Parañaque
