What will you do
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless access management, licensing, and administrative access.
- Leverage your expertise in Hyper-V and VMware to design, deploy, and troubleshoot virtualization stacks, from bare metal to guest OS upgrades.
- Dive into the world of Azure, building environments from scratch, managing subscriptions, networking, and security controls, and deploying workloads through automation.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, including access management, licensing, and admin access.
- Experienced in designing and deploying full virtualization stacks, including Hyper-V and VMware, with a focus on host configuration, storage, networking, and failover.
- Hands-on experience in building Azure environments, managing subscriptions, networking, identity integration, and security controls.
- Skilled in provisioning and operating IaaS workloads, such as VMs, storage, backups, and disaster recovery, with a strong understanding of cost, availability, and operational risk management.
- Comfortable with being on-call, owning incidents end-to-end, and demonstrating operational depth in areas like backups, restore testing, disaster recovery, and patching.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining complex IT systems, with the ability to discuss decisions, trade-offs, and lessons learned.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a deep understanding of how to diagnose and resolve real-world outages.
