The Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for providing basic healthcare services, supporting workplace health monitoring, and promoting employee wellness. The role ensures compliance with occupational safety and health standards while delivering timely care, health surveillance, and preventive health support within the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2- 3 years clinical experience, preferably with Occupational Health Nursing (OHN) or bedside/hospital exposure
- Completed BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training
- With Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; AHA-certified preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and emergency response skills
- Knowledge of DOLE OSH standards and workplace health protocols
- Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care and emergency treatment for employees within the workplace clinic
- Conduct health assessment, triage, and initial management of cases
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs
- Support health surveillance, medical monitoring, and fit-to-work evaluations
- Coordinate with HR and management on health-related concerns
- Promote health education, wellness programs, and preventive care initiatives
- Ensure compliance with DOLE occupational health regulations
Work Schedule:
- 12 hours per day, Monday to Friday
