Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of QRT Supervisors and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor progress of repair and maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC and Technical Services Group to address operational concerns.
  • Assist in performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or any related field.
  • With at least five (5) years of experience in managing a team in Construction, Property Maintenance, or Facilities Management.
  • Experience in contractor billing and payment coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in scheduling tools and MS Office applications.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City.
