DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of QRT Supervisors and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor progress of repair and maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and Technical Services Group to address operational concerns.
- Assist in performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or any related field.
- With at least five (5) years of experience in managing a team in Construction, Property Maintenance, or Facilities Management.
- Experience in contractor billing and payment coordination is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in scheduling tools and MS Office applications.
- Amenable to work in Pasay City.
