In this Role, you'll get to
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for assigned countries in the Philippines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Perform payroll checks and reconciliations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls.
- Partner with HR, internal stakeholders, and payroll vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
- Administer timekeeping, overtime, leave, and absence-related records, ensuring accurate payroll integration.
- Oversee statutory and company-sponsored benefits administration, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, insurance, and leave programs.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, remittances, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support process improvement initiatives, HR audits, reporting, and employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality of records.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll practices, labor laws, statutory deductions, and government-mandated benefits administration.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, timekeeping, salary computation, final pay, and payroll reconciliation using HRIS/payroll systems.
- Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, HMO administration, and coordination with payroll vendors or government agencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines independently, and maintain confidentiality with strong communication skills.
