Job Description

Job Summary:

The Assistant Product Manager will lead and execute the marketing initiatives of dairy and EBD categories. He or she must drive brand growth and sales performance in global markets, ensuring alignment between strategy and in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives for dairy, EBD and Kamayan categories across in-store, digital, and trade channels, including new product launches and seasonal promotions.
  2. Drive In-Store Execution Ensure effective deployment of merchandising materials and promotional strategies for the said categories across key retail channels.
  3. Analyze Insights to Guide Strategy Track category sales, campaign performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing efforts and support product innovation.
  4. Trade Marketing Assistance Support development and execution of merchandising collaterals, on ground activations and development of digital platforms.
  5. Cross-Functional Coordination - Liaise with the different departments such as QA/R&D, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of Brand/Trade Marketing Functions experience
  • Experience working with FMCG
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
