The Assistant Product Manager will oversee our BENCH/ cosmetics division, focusing on brand marketing and product development, ensuring speed-to-market and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy and product planning for the cosmetics division
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and product launches
- Manage end-to-end product development from concept to execution
- Conduct market research and data analysis to guide decisions
- Collaborate with R&D, creative, and operations teams
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in brand management or product development
- Background in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries
- Strong marketing instincts and comfortable working with data and numbers
- Fast-paced, hands-on, and can manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in product development for haircare or personal care
- Exposure to e-commerce or retail operations
