Job Description

The Assistant Product Manager will oversee our BENCH/ cosmetics division, focusing on brand marketing and product development, ensuring speed-to-market and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand strategy and product planning for the cosmetics division
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Manage end-to-end product development from concept to execution
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to guide decisions
  • Collaborate with R&D, creative, and operations teams

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in brand management or product development
  • Background in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries
  • Strong marketing instincts and comfortable working with data and numbers
  • Fast-paced, hands-on, and can manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in product development for haircare or personal care
  • Exposure to e-commerce or retail operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
