Job Details:
Must have/Non-negotiables:
- 2 years of pure INSURANCE EXPERIENCE (billing, account management, or policy servicing).
- Minimum 23 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in leadership role/supervisory
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Amenable to start on February 13th.
- Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.
Good to have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
