Job Description

Job Title: Operations Assistant Manager

Location: Alabang

Shift: GY Shift | Full Onsite

Job Details:

Must have/Non-negotiables:

  • 2 years of pure INSURANCE EXPERIENCE (billing, account management, or policy servicing).
  • Minimum 23 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in leadership role/supervisory
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Amenable to start on February 13th.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.

Good to have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
