Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support marketing activities, customer engagement, ecommerce coordination, and daily business operations in the Philippines market. This role works closely with internal teams, customers, and business partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, customer support, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Customer Support

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
• Work with business partners and customers on marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Support ecommerce campaigns and online platform activities.
• Prepare reports and monitor campaign and customer performance.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide support when needed.
• Coordinate promotional and incentive programs for customers.

Operations & Administrative Support

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support daily business operations.
• Assist with order processing, payments, reports, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor deliveries and follow up on ongoing activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Support shipping coordination and resolve any delivery or documentation issues.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a timely manner.
• Assist with contracts, permits, certificates, and other business documentation when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working exposure in similar role.
• A degree in the related job field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with different teams and external partners.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• Experience in marketing, sales support, customer service, or administration is an advantage.
