Assistant Marketing Services Manager
Position Summary:
Responsible for driving the success of in-store product categories through strategic promotions, merchandising activations, and campaign execution. This role ensures that all category-driven initiatives translate into measurable sales growth, increased foot traffic, and improved customer engagement.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role acts as the bridge between merchandising, operations, and marketing; turning products strategies into compelling, high-converting in-store experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop category marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Execute in-store activations and seasonal campaigns across all stores.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in product marketing, category management, retail / trade marketing, and events activation
- Have strong experience in promo planning, in-store activations, and retail campaign execution
- Have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, shopper journey, and retail trends
- Be highly analytical with experience in sales tracking, SKU performance, and campaign ROI measurement
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with merchandising, buying, and store operations teams
