Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily financial operations. This role focuses heavily on general accounting, accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity of accounting processes while helping drive overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards and internal control policies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation of transactions
- Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing schedules and reports
- Supervise, guide, and develop finance team members
- Identify opportunities to enhance accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of general accounting standards and financial reporting
- CPA license is an advantage, but non-CPA applicants are welcome
- Background in an accounting firm is preferred but not required
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
