We are looking for an extraordinary BOOKKEEPER who has great attention to detail and can manage the client from start to finish. Our clients are from varying industries, and you should be able to multitask from one client to another. You need to be available to work Mon - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. Work will be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile bank transactions on Xero
  • Manage bills and receipts via Hubdoc
  • Make weekly payments
  • Prepare weekly payroll
  • Prepare financial reports if needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Expert In using Xero accounting software and hubdoc
  • Payroll experience required
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
  • Clear understanding of profit and loss/ Balance Sheet
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise
  • Experience in managing multiple clients at the same time,
