Roles And Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding and payment preparation.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries.
- Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks as required.
Required Experience
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Experience handling transactional accounting and reconciliations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Systematic and organized approach to tasks and deadlines.
Proficient With
- Accounting systems (Xero preferred but not essential).
- Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and reconciliations).
Experience Advantage
- Experience supporting month-end close and reporting processes.
- Exposure to multi-entity or fast-paced finance environments.
