Art Director

Role overview
The Art Director will lead the visual direction and creative execution for multi-brand campaigns across wellness, beauty, personal care, and e-commerce-driven products. This role partners closely with brand, content, and production teams to translate strategy into compelling, conversion-driving creative for both digital and offline channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own the visual direction and art style for brand and campaign assets across social, e-commerce, video, and key visuals.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, and layouts that align with brand positioning and consumer insight.
- Lead and mentor designers, illustrators, and other creatives through the full creative process from brief to final output.
- Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and brand managers to deliver cohesive, on-brief campaigns.
- Oversee shoots and production (photo/video), ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Adapt and optimize creative for different platforms (e-commerce listings, paid ads, social, CRM, OOH, etc.).
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in agency or in-house creative teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work for FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or e-commerce brands.
- Excellent command of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and brand identity systems.
- Advanced skills in major design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar).
- Experience directing photo and video shoots and working with production teams.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and comfort working fully onsite in BGC.
