Job Summary
The Creative Specialist is responsible for producing engaging and visually compelling graphics and content across various offline and digital platforms. This will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs and artworks to communicate ideas and concepts effectively. This role will collaborate with the creative team to produce a wide range of visual materials to support the needs of different departments.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Utilizes standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suites, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. to produce high-quality multimedia content
- Work as part of the creative team in producing high-quality artwork across all offline and digital platforms
- Work on multiple projects of varying complexities, meeting deadlines, and supporting team members to meet their goals and deadlines
- Ensure that creative output meets the expectations
- Edits photos and other visual assets
- Deliver output according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Organizes and manages design files and assets to ensure easy access and control and maintain efficient file structure
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with brand identities
- Work with the Creative Manager and liaise with concerned departments such as Marketing, Sales, Online Store, and Human Resources to ensure consistency across all platforms
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of color, composition, and typography
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BS degree in Marketing, Digital media, or relevant field
