Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team, including Technical Sales Engineers and Sales Officer.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets by actively participating in business development efforts.
Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.
Identify sales process improvements and ensure proper implementation of sales procedures.
Support after-sales service by coordinating with the Technical and Project teams.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular sales team meetings to align on targets and share updates.
Provide timely feedback and reports to the Sales Manager on market trends and team performance.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/ College degree in Electrical Engineering
Knowledgeable in pump & motor fundamentals and controls and/ or Renewable energy is an advantage.
With at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in solar energy, construction, or technical solutions; at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
Experience with sales of transformers and other parts to Electric companies or with experience and connections in dealing with electric companies.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Effective communication and client relationship management
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Knowledge of solar products and systems is an advantage
Willing to be trained with different product lines.
Preferably residing in the South (Las Pias, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc.)
