Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the performance of sales staff (e.g., targets, daily tasks, KPIs)
  • Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling escalated concerns and resolving issues
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to align sales efforts
  • Enforce company policies and ensure staff compliance
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance, provide updates, and set new goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred)
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
  • Can work under pressure and flexible with shifting schedules
