Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visit and manage assigned territories across assigned territory to grow sales
  • Introduce and promote our product lines to retail partners, distributors, and dealers
  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide support to existing accounts
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management
  • Meet assigned sales targets and support collection activities as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in field sales, area sales, or related roles
  • Familiarity with hardware, construction materials, or tools is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly within assigned area
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
