Area Operations Manager

Gaisano Bros. Merchandising, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Area Operations Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu.

The role is accountable for driving sales performance, operational excellence, customer experience, workforce productivity, compliance, and profitability by ensuring the consistent execution of company standards across all stores.

• Lead and coach Store Operations Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring consistent execution of store standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve store results.
• Champion customer experience initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize labor productivity, manpower utilization, and operating expenses.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with operational, safety, inventory, and cash handling standards.
• Develop store leadership capability through coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
• Utilize business analytics and operational dashboards to make data-driven decisions and improve overall business performance.
