An established organization in the food service industry is looking for an experienced Area Operations Manager to lead and support several business units across Mindanao. What You'll Do

• Provide overall leadership and direction to a cluster of stores within the assigned territory.
• Champion initiatives that improve revenue generation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate business performance trends and implement action plans to address opportunities and gaps.
• Guide store leaders in achieving key business indicators related to sales, profitability, service, quality, and workforce effectiveness.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance discussions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all locations.
• Support the execution of marketing and business development activities that drive store traffic and market growth.
• Ensure consistent adherence to operational procedures, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
• Identify and develop future leaders through talent reviews, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing multiple branches, stores, or business units within the restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer service sectors.
• Demonstrated success in delivering business results through effective operational management.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing and developing managers and frontline teams.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment that requires frequent travel and field engagement.
• Strong customer orientation with a passion for operational excellence and people development.
