We're Hiring: Architectural Drafter (Revit + CAD Specialist)
We are looking for a talented Architectural Drafter to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone with an architectural background who thrives in a collaborative environment and can take ownership of construction drawings, design documentation, and client presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on construction drawings following our office standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in building and maintaining our Revit/CAD library.
- Create 3D renderings and visually compelling designs for client review.
- Draft layouts, plans, and ADU-specific designs
- Develop presentations for client meetings using tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Collaborate closely with the team to streamline processes—our goal is to only require redlines for presentations or CDs.
Requirements:
- Revit and AutoCAD license.
- Architecture background (degree or equivalent experience).
- Proven construction background in California projects.
- Bluebeam experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong experience with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
- Experienced with Photoshop and illustrator.
- Strong eye for design and presentation style to align with our standards.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality results.
- Ability to create construction documents and presentation drawings to professional standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
