Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Angeles. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, creating blueprints, and developing project plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, contractors, and project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and design standards, and managing project timelines and budgets. The Architect will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and Mozaik Software AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Strong skills in project planning, management, and construction oversight.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field and relevant professional licensure.
• Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus.
