Job Summary:
We're seeking a licensed Architect to assist with project execution, monitoring, and the implementation of architectural plans. In this entry-level role, you'll collaborate with the team, manage technical documentation, and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project execution and monitoring.
- Interpret and implement architectural plans.
- Prepare reports and update superintendents.
- Support subcontractors and manage work assignments.
- Prepare work programs, cash flow, and manpower histograms.
- Produce technical documents and proposal drawings.
- Coordinate with designers and engineers.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility.
- Monitor project schedules and prepare progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Architect with 1-2 years of experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office.
- Experience in land development is a plus!
- Detail-oriented and an effective communicator.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
