The Role
Your mission: turn interested clinic owners into showed appointments for our closerconsistently, predictably, and with urgency.
This is not for passive dialers.
This is for someone who enjoys competing with yesterday's version of themselves.
What You'll Do
- Call, text, and email inbound leads fast (ideally within minutes).
- Work old lists, dormant leads, event lists, no-shows, and referrals.
- Pre-qualify clinics using our scripts + frameworks.
- Book qualified owners into strategy calls with our senior closer.
- Support post-call follow-up: objections, stalls, thinking about it, delayed decisions.
- Resurface warm/dormant buyer leads and drive them back into active conversations.
- Confirm, remind, and follow up to maximize show rates.
- Keep tight, accurate notes in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Hit daily/weekly activity targets without excuses.

Responsibilities
- 200 outbound touches per day (calls, texts, emails, DMs).
- Qualify clinics on revenue, services, cash-pay model, decision-maker, and budget.
- Book 4560 min Google Meet strategy sessions.
- Own the show rate through reminders, reschedules, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales pipeline after the meeting: send follow-ups, handle light objections, keep prospects warm.
- Re-engage past buyers, stalled deals, and almost closed leads.
- Maintain a clean pipeline: notes, tags, tasks, next steps.
- Hit weekly booked-call and show-rate targets.

Requirements
- 1+ year of appointment setting, SDR work, or phone-heavy customer-facing experience.
- Strong spoken/written English.
- Ability to follow a script and improve it over time.
- High personal standardsself-managed, no micromanaging needed.

Compensation
High-paying, competitive structure: base + commission.
