Patrick Burns Co. is hiring a B2B Sales Appointment Setter to help drive outbound growth for our clients.
We work with high-ticket B2B companies in SaaS, IT, and consulting to generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound campaigns not spam, not mass-blasts, not spray and pray.
Our culture is performance-driven, ownership-based, and fast-moving. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Run structured outbound outreach (LinkedIn + email)
Start conversations with business owners and executives
Qualify interest based on defined criteria
Book sales-qualified meetings directly onto calendars
Track leads and communication inside CRM and internal sheets
Follow proven follow-up systems to ensure consistent pipeline creation
Requirements (non-negotiable):
B2B outbound sales or appointment-setting experience
Comfortable communicating with Founders, CEOs, and decision-makers
Strong written English communication skills
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar) for lead research
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Close
Able to stay organized and maintain accurate tracking in Google Sheets / Excel
Must be able to work during U.S. business hours with consistent daily execution
Reliable, disciplined, and self-managed
This role is not a fit if your experience is B2C, influencer DM setting, customer support, or social chat-based outreach. We are looking for someone who has booked real conversations with real businesses.
