Role Description The Appointment Setter is a full-time, remote role responsible for connecting prospective and existing customers with Termatrac's sales and support teams. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for product demonstrations or consultations. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM, following up on leads, and confirming bookings to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Appointment Setter will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to support outreach campaigns and share feedback from customers. This position requires consistent communication, a professional phone presence, and a focus on efficiency and service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to manage calendars and coordinate calls efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to identify prospects, qualify inquiries, and support sales pipeline growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage confidently over phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide helpful information, handle questions, and ensure a positive experience.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with reliable internet access and basic technical proficiency (CRM systems, email, online calendars).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up activities.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
