About Us Qognition Agency provides high-ticket AI SEO, SMM, and PPC services to B2B service businesses (Legal, Accounting, Auto Dealers, Clinics) in the US, CA, EU, and AU. Our monthly retainers range from $1,500 to $15,000+.

The Role We are looking for a highly motivated cold outbound setter to consistently book qualified meetings directly into our calendar.

Prospect and build targeted lead lists.
Execute daily cold outreach and follow-up sequences.
Qualify prospects and secure calendar bookings.

Compensation Structure (Choose Your Model)

Option 1: Pay Per Qualified Appointment. (Note: You must provide verifiable testimonials/proof of past setting success to qualify for this structure).
Option 2: 5% Recurring Monthly Commission. Earn a 5% cut of the monthly retainer for the lifetime of the client. With deals starting at $3,000 up to $15,000+ per month, you earn a compounding $150 to $750+ every month per closed client.
