Job Overview

Our client is looking for adriven B2B Business Development Specialist (LinkedIn Outreach) to serve as the first point of contact for business owners across the United States. In this high-impact role, you will generate qualified appointments for senior advisors through strategic outreach. Operating independently with a provided prospect list, you will leverage LinkedIn, email, and phone channels to identify decision-makers, spark interest, and set quality meetings with business owners seeking better solutions for their benefits, payroll, and retirement plans.

Schedule: Remote, Part Time |Monday - Friday, Flexible hours within Eastern Time business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to business owners via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
• Qualify leads based on their current providers for benefits, 401(k) plans, and payroll services.
• Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations about consolidating HR and benefits services.
• Schedule qualified appointments for senior advisors to present integrated solutions.
• Manage and update prospect lists provided by the company.
• Follow up persistently with leads across multiple touchpoints while tracking outreach activity and conversion rates.
• Adapt messaging based on prospect response and engagement levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting, business development, or outbound sales.
• Strong communication skills for phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to qualify leads and identify decision-makers in B2B environments.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing prospect lists and tracking outreach activities.
