As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team, helping drive the company's growth.
What you'll be doing
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels with clear, efficient communication
- Resolve product or service issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach
- De-escalate complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through active listening
- Process returns, exchanges, and order updates accurately and on time
- Make 300–500 outbound calls daily to generate leads and qualify prospects
- Complete customer forms and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Schedule and confirm appointments based on client and team availability
- Adjust communication style to effectively engage diverse customers
- Spot and suggest upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
- Follow up after resolutions to ensure lasting satisfaction and retention
What we're looking for
- Must have BPO experience, preferably with a background in sales or outbound campaigns.
- Must have a neutral or decent accent, with clear English and good tonality.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
