Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Cold Caller / Appointment Setter who can generate client leads, conduct cold outreach, set appointments, and support the growth of the company's outsourcing and legal services portfolio.

This role focuses on client acquisition through structured outbound engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead Mining & Research

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, company databases, directories, and industry networks.
  • Research founders, decision-makers, and companies aligned with Ideal Ignite's services.
  • Build structured lead lists categorized by priority and vertical.

Cold Outreach & Engagement

  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Personalize outreach to improve response rates.
  • Follow up systematically with high-priority prospects.
  • Maintain professional tone aligned with executive positioning.

Appointment Setting

  • Qualify initial interest.
  • Book meetings for Founder or Business Development Lead.
  • Ensure calendar alignment and meeting readiness.

Pipeline Tracking

  • Maintain structured BD dashboard.

Track:

  • Leads contacted
  • Response rate
  • Meetings set
  • Conversion metrics
  • Provide weekly BD performance summary.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate with Executive Anchor for meeting briefs.
  • Align with Operations to understand service capacity.
  • Ensure messaging reflects current service offerings.

Work Setup

  • Hybrid role (minimum 23 days per week on-site in Makati).
  • Required on-site presence during high-volume hiring phases.
  • Must be comfortable in startup build phase and dynamic environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Must have 13 years of proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development support.
  • Must be Confident in conducting cold calls and skilled at handling objections and rejection with professionalism and resilience.
  • Must have experience working in a startup environment, preferably within a BPO or Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) setting.
  • Experience working with international clients in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Lead Generation roles is a strong advantage.
  • Should possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach/automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, metrics-based environment.
  • Willing and able to work in a hybrid setup, with a minimum of two (2) days on-site.
