1. High-Volume Outbound Outreach
Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily to potential clients.
Use scripts as a foundation to spark interest and handle objections naturally.
Qualify leads on the spot by identifying their needs, budget, and decision-making power.
2. Pipeline & Appointment Management
Schedule demos and meetings between interested prospects and our Sales Team.
Perform consistent follow-ups for leads who didn't answer or need a second nudge.
Manage No-Shows by proactively rescheduling missed appointments to keep the
pipeline moving.
3. Data & CRM Hygiene
Accurately log every call, note, and outcome in our CRM system.
Ensure a smooth handoff by providing the sales team with the right context for every
lead you book.
4. Continuous Improvement
Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs (Call volume, Appointments booked, Conversion
rates).
Participate in coaching sessions and call reviews to sharpen your sales techniques.
Share feedback from the front lines to help us improve our scripts and targeting.

can build rapport quickly over the phone.
Resilient: Cold calling isn't easyyou need thick skin and the ability to stay positive
after a tough call.
Organized: You can manage a lead list and a CRM without breaking a sweat.
Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a huge plus.
