Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the manufacturing, call center, and high-volume staffing sectors.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the client's internal team.
• Track lead interactions and outcomes using basic Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain daily activity summaries and provide weekly reports on calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with internal staff to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communicatorswith a clear, engaging phone manner and fluent English.
• Sales-savvy, with the ability to think on their feet and adapt to different client profiles.
• Tech-capable, with basic Excel skills and comfort using VOIP platforms.
• Self-motivatedand results-driven, able to manage time effectively during independent remote work.
