Role Overview

We're looking for an Appointment Setter who thrives on outreach, relationship-building, and strategic growth. You'll spearhead client acquisition efforts, lead staffing initiatives, and drive business expansion through a combination of cold calling, networking, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to prospective clients to introduce GPS's outsourcing and staffing solutions.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone, email, and online channels.
  • Manage and optimize CRM pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and conversions.
  • Develop tailored business proposals and close new client accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Oversee staffing operations from sourcing to deployment, ensuring quality alignment between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build lasting partnerships.
  • Track key business metrics (conversion rate, retention, revenue per client) and recommend improvement strategies

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (any field; Architecture or Business background a plus).
  • 3-5 years in business development, telesales, or staffing.
  • Proven record in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and VoIP tools.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced remote environment
