IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative.
- Familiarity with VoIP technologies and comfortable using them for daily communications.
- Exceptional communication skills with a native English accent, capable of engaging and persuading various stakeholders.
- Experience managing high volumes of outbound calls and successfully navigating to reach key decision-makers.
- High school diploma required a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC (Day Shift!)
YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE
Sales Management- Generate and qualify leads via research, outreach, and cold calling.
- Engage prospects with clear, persuasive, professional communication.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and client info.
- Prioritize and manage multiple sales activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle objections with persistence and professionalism.
- Identify growth opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics (sector knowledge a plus!).
Safety - Exercises due diligence in all safety related matters through maintaining active communication with employees and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) representatives.
- Acceptance and adherence to COR (Chain of Responsibility)
- Takes proactive steps to minimise risks and injuries.
Administration- Record and monitor daily call activities using the Call Tracker.
- Schedule and manage appointments through Outlook Web.
- Maintain and update the Sales Quote Register regularly.
- Update and manage data in the Expedient System.
Internal Control- Ensure that Operations adheres to the standard process and would report any deviation from the standard policies/process set by the business.
- Adheres to all company policies.
