Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be filled with dynamic problem-solving, collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations, and providing support for various software components. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to discussions aimed at enhancing system performance and reliability, making a significant impact on the overall efficiency of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues. - Document processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. - Provide training and support to junior team members as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. - Familiarity with application support best practices and methodologies. - Ability to work with various programming languages and tools related to Azure services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
